INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS AND POSTERS WITH FLASH PRESENTATION

Poster sessions are an important part of the congress and a method for immediate and effective communication between all those interested in specific subjects, actions or programs.
Posters should be carefully designed and prepared to ensure their full impact.

  • All poster presentations should be in English. No other languages will be accepted
  • Each poster should include the title (preferably at the top), as well as the names and affiliations of the authors
  • Posters must not exceed the following dimensions (A0 Size): 841mm (width) x 1189 mm (height)
  • Posters should preferably be printed in one single piece. Should this not be possible, please use a maximum of 3 separate sheets
